Year 4 Arts #August

#1 ANGRY BIRD ORIGAMI

First of all I have spent three weeks (6 classes) to do the angry bird origami with Year 4 pupils. It's a bit hard for then to 'build' the angry bird. But they all managed to get it done finally. Although it has some mistakes in the 'building' but it's acceptable for their stage. And yet, I have divided them into 3 groups at first but Chin Lip Chun requests to do alone, so I ended up to divided them into 4 groups which are

1. Angeline Chai, Amanda Natasha & Liew Xin Yi 
2. Choo Zhe Yien, Flinsia Bong, Margret Jee, Rachel Foo & Ronald
3. Vickson & Davidson Luk
4. Chin Lip Chun

These are the processes of making angry bird origami. I only capture the beginning process, I forgot to capture the pic when they are (pupils) 'build' the origami. >.<

STEP 1: Folding the small papers into triangle shape and join the triangles together.

STEP 2: Again 'loosen' the triangles.

STEP 3 & 4: No pic is available.

FINAL STEP: The angry birds are done.

#4 NATIONAL DAY THEME COLOURING 

I am surprised because this is the first time I received all of their homework on the submission date. Everyone is submitted. Before this, there will be some of the students didn't do their homework and only half of the class submit to me. But this time after they get scold and punished by the class teacher and principle, all of the Year 4 students submit their homework to me on the submission date I set. Millions thanks to them.
